The Treatment Process
Prior to the first session, a full consultation and medical history will be taken to ensure that the treatment is tailored appropriately for you and any health needs/ conditions you may have.
Typically a session will last around an hour or slightly over if necessary. A course of treatment may be recommended dependant on your needs. All of the treatments take place in the treatment room which is equipped for pure comfort and relaxation. Calming background music can be played throughout the treatment whilst the treatment itself will begin with a short foot massage; to prepare and relax the feet for the reflexology treatment. The reflexologist will then apply pressure and work on the various specific reflexes in the feet to initiate responses in the body. This will allow any imbalances to be identified and rebalanced. For each client, the application of the therapy is unique.

Pricing
Your initial treatment will include a telephone consultation prior to your treatment. This enables the best level of service to be offered and a treatment tailored to your needs.
Initial Treatment (inc phone consultation) - £50.00
Single treatment (approximately 60 minutes) - £40.00
Cancellation Policy
Should you have any difficulties in attending a pre-booked session, please do let me know as early as possible. Unfortunately any treatments cancelled less than 24 hours in advance are non-refundable.
Payments can be made via cash or BACS
Health Cash Plans
As reflexology is often a permitted treatment on various cash plans, it may be possible to claim back the cost of your treatment. If this is the case, please do let me know and I can prepare a receipt based on your specific providers needs.
